DRAFT BEER

PLOURD PILS - House Pilsner, 5.4%

German Pilsner malt and Adeena hops grown by Roy Farms in Moxee, Washington bring our house pils together. Prominent bright citrus notes and a clean finish.

FEATHERS - Kellerbier, 5.8%

Our take on a Franconian Kellerbier. Unfined, unfiltered, and rich with malt complexity. A blend of Czech Saaz and US-grown Sterling hops provide subtle notes of herbal spice. 

EAST SIDE - Cream Ale, 5.0%

The ultimate light beer. Dry, easy-drinking, and dry hopped with NY-grown Triumph hops.

SPEED DEMON - Oatmeal Stout, 4.3%

An Oatmeal Stout built around a blend of English malts. Silky smooth with notes of milk chocolate and light roast coffee. All in a 4.3% ABV package. Buckle Up.

ANALOG FADE - Pale Ale, 5.3%

We brew our house pale ale with a lean malt bill anchored by a trusted trio of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. Fermented cool with our house lager yeast.

LOW SUN - West Coast IPA, 6.5%

A modern approach to WC-IPA which consists of pilsner malt and a touch of wheat. Hopped aggressively with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Krush. Citrus peel, pine, and berry.

BEAM - Hazy IPA, 6.3%

We use the classic combo of Citra and Mosaic to build tropical fruit aromatics throughout this hazy IPA. Rounded out by a soft mouthfeel and big passion fruit notes.
